Instant and location accurate Density Altitude calculator/instrument app for iPhone and iPad that also calculates relative air density (RAD), altimeter setting, relative humidity, specific humidity (grains/lb), and more. This app is highly useful for pilots, especially in remote areas, and it has many other applications for engine tuning, racing, sports, and more.

<li>The app seamlessly integrates weather data, GPS, and your phone's onboard barometer to quickly and accurately calculate your density altitude, altimeter setting, relative air density, and more.</li>
<li>All calculations take humidity into account, making them more accurate than the standard dry bulb approximation formula used by AWOS/ASOS systems.</li>
<li>The app works anywhere and is great even without cellular connection, making it particularly useful in remote areas without access to ASOS/AWOS stations.</li>
<li>With the location search feature, you can find atmospheric data (Density Altitude, etc.) at any point on Earth from anywhere.</li>

The app is optimized for iPhone 6/6+ and newer iPads with built-in barometer and GPS support. If you have a cellular connection, the app will gather all the necessary data automatically. If you don't have a cellular connection, you only need to supply the outside air temperature. It does not require an internet connection, so it can be used anytime and anywhere.

This app is an excellent tool for pilots, drag racers, engine tuners, golfers, and anyone who needs to conveniently calculate their Density Altitude, Altimeter Setting, Relative Air Density (RAD), Specific Humidity, or Absolute Pressure. It is ad-free and does not include any in-app purchases.
